Chris Vilcsak
President & CEO
Chris Vilcsak has been in management positions in the energy industry for nearly 20 years. Although his formal training began with a Mechanical Engineering degree, he augmented his financial and analytical abilities with an MBA. Before starting Solution 105, Chris developed the Key Accounts group for a major electrical utility that was responsible for over $120 million in annual sales. With deregulation approaching, Chris identified the need for objective advice and established Solution 105 Consulting Ltd. in 1999. Over the past five years, Solution 105 has evolved into a leading energy consulting company in North America with a team of over 10 people and offices in Edmonton and Toronto. The company is constantly expanding their market and product offerings to serve the growing needs of the energy marketplace. Cameron Mitchell
VP Data Analysis & Forecasting
Cameron joined Solution 105 in the position of VP Data Analysis and Forecasting. Cam holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mathematics and an MBA focused on finance and derivatives. His mathematics background combined with his understanding of the energy market creates a very strong data analysis capability. Prior to joining Solution 105, Cam worked with the Alberta Department of Energy in their natural gas analysis group where he was responsible for creating databases for natural gas statistics and forecasts. As one of the first employees of Solution 105, Cam has built a strong and accomplished Data Analysis team.
Tara Timinski
VP Corporate Services
Tara was hired early on as VP Corporate Services to set-up and manage the financial, administrative and marketing/advertising responsibilities for Solution 105. She achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree and has augmented this with extensive experience in the energy industry. Prior to becoming a member of the Solution 105 team, Tara worked for over 10 years at a major utility in the areas of customer service, sales and overseeing the creations and management of a very successful energy efficiency program. Tara’s most recent accomplishments include sourcing and implementing an employee benefit plan, managing the complete overhaul of the corporate website and setting up the volunteer support program for employees.
Aaron Klassen
Data Analyst
Aaron is our most recent recruitment to the Solution 105 team. He brings a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Operations Management. His analytical training along with his experience working with databases has already proven to be an asset to the Data Analysis and Forecasting group.
Morgan Davenport
Data Analyst
Morgan has joined Solution 105 for an 8 month term from the University of Alberta School of Business Co-op program. Morgan is in his third year of the Bilingual Bachelor of Commerce program majoring in Operations Management. He is looking forward to expanding his knowledge and experience in forecasting and database administration within a true business environment.
John Schmidt
Data Analyst
John is also from the University of Alberta School of Business Co-op program and will be with Solution 105 for a six month term. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Commerce degree focusing on Finance and Marketing. This being his second co-op term, John brings confidence to every task and will be an asset to the group.
Randall Graf
Director, IT
Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and has been working in the IT industry for over 18 years. He has been the Team Leader on numerous projects from Large Network Design & Budgeting, Customer Management Billing and mainframe systems. His expertise lies in his ability to design and customize software solutions for a variety of industries including energy, health care, human resources and E-Commerce. His experience and leadership is fundamental to the development of the S105 software.
Leslie Cebula
IT Developer
Les joined Solution 105 as an IT Developer to work on special projects in order to speed the finalization and enhancement of our on-line systems. Les possesses a Computer Systems Technology Diploma from NAIT and has several years experience with all business software applications and operating systems. Les has been, and will continue to be a driving force in the development and enhancement of our utility management portal, website and to our on-line presence.
Michelle Roth
Office Administrator
Michelle joined the Solution 105 team as a Data Entry Clerk as well as Office Administrator. Michelle is in charge of the front office and enjoys the direct contact with our clients. Michelle received above average marks at CDI College of Business and Technology and uses these skills to manage all of the client data that is analyzed at Solution 105. Her organizational and computer skills are a vital component of all services offered at Solution 105.
