Welcome to Operating Cost Survey!
As a service to BOMA members, Solution 105 has created the Operating Cost Survey. This survey will allow participants to measure themselves with others
in their industry in key operating cost areas. For example, you can look at utility cost and usage, property taxes, total operating costs and parking
statistics. The survey will look at trends in the industry over time and allow you to evaluate the operating performance of you buildings to others.
Those who enter their information will receive a copy of the report. It will be a valuable reference tool for your business. We understand everyone
is busy but the more information the better! We appreciate your participation.
The Edmonton BOMA Chapter is the first group to participate, but other chapters are being added shortly. If you are a member of a different association
