transforming it into an undersea wonderland to celebrate its 10th birthday.
“I’m amazed at what we’ve accomplished,” says Chris Vilcsak, President & CEO. “I started in my basement 10 years ago and now we provide services to some of Canada’s largest property management, retail, and institutional groups”. The firm lists companies such as Oxford Properties, the Morguard group of companies, Alberta Health Services, NewWest, Melcor, and Canada’s largest office tower in Toronto owned by Brookfield Properties Limited as their clients. “Our client base has changed over the years but some have been with us from the very beginning,” boasts Vilcsak.
The 9 person company may be small but it sure makes an impact with its clients. At last calculation, they had saved a staggering $50 million for their clients!! The company’s first 10 years concentrated on helping customers understand their energy options, manage their utilities, and save time and money. The next 10 years will likely bring a huge shift in focus onto environmental issues, with many clients using Solution 105’s expertise in this area.
Solution 105 Consulting Ltd. assists companies determine the effectiveness of their energy efficiency efforts, and reports on energy and emission reductions. The company’s suite of services for commercial, retail, industrial, and institutional clients also includes energy profiling, data analysis and forecasting, energy procurement, budget creation and detailed budget variance reporting, cost allocation, and Due Diligence reports on bill accuracy and risk.
The invitation-only event will be held on Wednesday, May 6, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM at the Telus World of Science. It is a family-friendly event with food and fun activities and a special showing of the IMAX Coral Reef Adventure film at 7:00 PM.
